In a world with monsters, dragons, dwarves and more, there is one country, the land of Zenga, where a special mutation exists in it's citizens.

The ability to control elements.

But all is not as well as Zenga acts it to be. The government is corrupt and using its people as weapons, only wanting more power.

Without warning, the young half-dwarf Toby is thrown into a growing rebellion and on his way to a neighboring country. Aiming only to survive to the next day, he's learning to control powers  he didn't know he had under the watchful eyes of the outgoing Lila, the drunken orc Zu-Zal, and the sharp-witted Leon. Even in a world of perfect beings such as elves, lies can be spun as precisely as an arrow can pierce a target, and evil can sneak up on you when you least expect it. Mia is used to reading about this kind of stuff, not living it. Safe to say she finds herself in one hell of an adventure. - - TW: if you need a tw for fighting, violence, weapons, blood, death, etc. I would read with caution (I don't get into any gory details, but there are scenes w/ this) I will put tw's for the more violent scenes.
