17 year old Rayna Keller codename: Glitch. Rayna's life used to be normal, well somewhat normal. Back when her ability was a secret. In a freak accident, her ability to move objects with her eyes is revealed, and she is taken by people who want to use her for their own personal gain. The government steps in and rescues her, but now she needs to be kept under constant surveillance.
Stark, a 19 year old trailed killer for the government is now in charge of Rayna's relocation and safety. He will have to live, work and go to school (a first for him) to protect her. Will they get along? Will he be able to protect her?
