Many, many years later...
A robot is reporting live from the outskirts of TOBBE OASIS.
Judging by the legends, he might not be reporting live for much longer.
He steps too close to the barrier. Mechanical gears whirl. Buttons flash in many different colors. The metal wall shudders and separates from the barrier, opening a maw that reveals an endless dark.
The barrier swallows him in.

Frisk has freed the monsters of the Underground. Finally, monster kind is allowed to return to the surface. It's been 3 years since then. Yet the monsters still struggle to find their place within the world. Most accept the monsters, but there are those who wish nothing more than the complete annihilation of monster kind. Merely sealing them away is not enough. As ambassador for the monsters, it is Frisk's responsibility to fight for everyone's right to live on the surface. But at the same time, an internal battle rages on within her. Not only that, her relationship with Sans is strained. Trust is not so easily regained after the slaughter of one's beloved, despite it all being erased. Or was it really?
