I hear stories of what it was like, not knowing that is. The crazy thing about it is- not 3 years ago if you were in the LGBT community, it could be hard to tell. It's 2020 now, and within that small time frame high school has changed a lot. 
There is this rule, which is sometimes a life saver. Other times.. I wish it didn't exist.

A story in which high schools now have an underlying code for all the people. All high schoolers wear a bracelet with colors of your orientation flag on it. No more guessing. Or so it seems.

How do you tell if someone is gay? Well some people have the special ability to use what is called a gaydar, which can pinpoint signs or mannerisms that can determine if another is in fact gay. My name is Mason Lux, and I'm the 'gay best friend' of the queen bee of high school, Gabriella Grace, aka Gabby. Along with our other best friend Emily, we are called the GEM(s), the s is silent.
