(UNDER EXTREME CONSTRUCTION AND EDITING. I will let you know which chapters are updated and edited as I go, I will also be combining some chapters together so they are not so short.) [COMPLETED] Erin is a young woman, raised most of her life by a group of mercenaries, after running away from her orphanage at a young age. Since she could remember, she never believed her parents were really dead, and has been searching for them ever since she became part of the mercenary group. The deal to stay with the group so she could find her family was that she was to become a mercenary herself, in which she did, and excelled at. When Lotus, the Captains right hand man, was retiring, the Captain wanted to replace him with her. Lotus felt a woman was unfit to fill such a responsible position, and took his rage out on them, killing the Captain after a days battle. He banishes Erin, sending troops after her, for her head. However, she was smarter than that, and saw that coming. She travels with Rune, a man who saved her life during the previous days battle, reluctantly. Rune is a secret assassin for Queen Eiva, who has sent him on a mission to find out about this upcoming war, threatened by a group called the Pandoreos. He has his own secrets that not even the queen knows, however, Dakota, a wolf who can speak to Erin, can tell he's hiding something. Erin eventually struggles with her feelings toward Rune. When the threat of the Pandoreos worsens, Rune is called back to queen Eiva. Rune commands Erin to travel with Kier, a man who has a special hatred for these Pandoreos, and warn Queen Beatrice, and King Cecerion about the upcoming war, in hope for an alliance with Queen Eiva. That is, if the humans can stay one step ahead of the Pandoreos.

[A/N]: Hey guys! Before I post this story, I was going to give a little insight. A very good friend of mine and I decided to write this book, and what better way to recieve constructive critcism than to share with everyone here on wattpad? I'm proud to say that we're nearly finished with it, around three to five more chapters need to be written. However, I will gladly post two chapters a week. Depending on the length, I could possibly split each chapter in two. Enjoy! -Skye & Jasmine My attempts to sleep failed miserably as realization hit me. Tonight was my last night unattached to someone. I swung my legs to one side of the bed. My bare feet brushed the cold floor and sent shivers up my spine. Scotland is much warmer this time of year. I took a few steps toward the window, but before I got too far I heard chatter just outside my door. "She’ll never be happy with him." The first voice, a female, was barely audible. "She could be. She’s just upset about Benjamin." A second voice, a man, replied to the woman. "She’ll never love Derick." A hint of anger played beneath the surface of the woman’s voice. I lay back down after that, so much for Emma accepting our marriage. Unhappiness coursed through my body and I became furious. I’d never love Emma either; with that I went to sleep. I dreamt of my mother singing in the castle, her voice was loud and demanding. Her words flowed so freely from her mouth and danced playfully down the halls. She was in the throne room singing to my father just as she always did. Her song was about the way she learned to love my father. Most marriages in Scotland are arranged, and due to our beliefs they have to work out. My mother had always been so madly in love with my father, but he was hesitant because he had to leave the woman he loved so dearly. So he let her go…

((Currently, I am rewriting this story to fit my current writing style, given this was written when I was in high school and I am in college now. There are a lot of changes, but I am leaving the original because I still like looking back on it. You can find the new & improved rewrite here: https://www.wattpad.com/433738666-an-opera-ghost-a-phantom-of-the-opera-fanfiction )) Florence was supposed to be the first child to Raoul and Christine de Chagny. Sadly, that wasn't the case. From the moment her parents saw her black eyes they knew Raoul was in no way the father. They knew it was the Phantom who had given Christine the child to make them suffer. Raoul, unable to keep this ghost of his past, takes Florence to the Opera Populaire knowing the Phantom still was lurking there as they tried to restore the place. The Phantom was in fact still there and he gladly took his daughter, hoping to raise her to be one of the opera's greatest singers. And as she grew, it was obvious his plans would succeed. But when Florence begins to fall for one of her patrons, will the Phantom allow her to love? *Just so you know, this is not just about the Phantom's daughter, but also about the Phantom himself, the Giry's, and the de Chagny's*
