It's strange how a childhood trauma can scar you for life. And how something you saw can entirely change the way you look at the world. Sometimes it helps you up, helps you to achieve greatness in life, but in most cases it leaves you completely and utterly broken.
Meet Lewis Foster, whose family was killed when he was very young. They all lived a normal life, apart from them being murderers, until they were betrayed by some other family. After the authorities catched and killed them all, Lewis decided to take his revenge, no matter what. But the only way to do that was to break every least bit of him that is good and human.
