Every 100 years, a group of 13 beings known only as the Game Keepers select two hundred nonhuman warriors who they have deemed some of the strongest in the known world to participate in Roman style gladiator games. Out of those two hundred warriors, however, only one can survive.
In the upcoming games, De’Angelo is selected as one of the two hundred. When Tess is accidentally brought along with him, he clings to her as an anchor to keep from losing himself while he struggles to survive. But the tighter he holds onto her, the looser Tess’s grip on herself becomes.
Can they both escape the games unscathed, or will they both be coming out in pieces?

Angels- 100 years old, half of the population are angels. They have angel wings and are short. They are controlled by the council. They have magic swords or bows. Usually they think they are perfect and better than everyone else. Demons- 300 years old, not many of the population are demons. They have no wings and they are controlled by the council. They have real weapons that they control. They are usually rude and selfish. They like to keep to themselves. Elf- 700 year old, very few are elves. They have no wings but they have mechanical wings. They are usually short and controlled by the council. They have different weapons to protect themselves. They are very smart and can think very quickly. They usually keep to themselves, it is very rare to see them outside of their world. Robot- 900 years old, the fallen souls are robots, they cannot think of themselves, they are controlled by the council. The council tells them what to do. They have no wings or weapons.
