In attempts at getting his act together due to the fact that he now had full custody of two little boys, devoted father and well known ex-thug Mickey Milkovich decides to apply at Patsy's Pies, where the manager is none other than Ian Gallagher.

Todd, Mickey's older son, is autistic. I had gotten the idea after watching A Dog Named Christmas, a movie in which Noel Fisher's character also has that disability. In no way will I be using the word "retard" or any other offensive term.
