In 2037, in the middle of nowhere, lies a newly built testing lab, owned by the government. The government is unfortunately corrupted, and has led the whole country into disaster. People are starving, and the whole economy is falling apart. Since the government needs a new way to get out of this terrible situation, they are finding new ways to make money. Fortunately for them, science has blessed them with a new discovery- a new blood type. The people with the new blood type are said to be able to be resistant to most high falls, and also are stronger than the average human being. They are now capturing people with the new blood type, blood type AE positive. You just happen to be one of those people with the rare blood and you drive in an attempt to escape the clutches of the Obelus. Unfortunately, your attempt has failed, and you are now trapped in a cell waiting for testing. You are their newest subject, subject number 43.

I wake up to the sound of metal clanging off metal. It isn't a peaceful awakening I think. It was pitch black wherever I am, yet there is a sliver of light at the top of this.....tunnel maybe. I try to stand up but end up hitting my head on something which i guess is the top of this box. Where am i? i question myself. Wait,who am i? I couldn't remember my name or anything yet i knew the basic stuff like math and science and i'm a human. The box i'm in is quickly picking up speed. I sit back down and watch as the top of the tunnel comes to a halt as the box has suddenly stopped. The Glade. It's a scary place. What will Lizzie do when she finds herself slowly falling for one of the Gladers? Will she push them away or let herself fall deeper into the lions nest of Love?
