Kira (or what she calls herself, Kirakira-chan) is an American girl, wanting to be Japanese. Well, you guys ask, why doesn't she get a passport then? First of all, she's like 12, and she also got all her information regarding Japan in general from Anime. Anime to her is the best thing to ever be created. She's fully convinced that people in Japan speak very high pitched and carry swords and other weapons in their daily life.
Her time has come. She believes she has been chosen as the next weeb (by her fellow weeb peers in a group chat) to ascend into greatness and go to Japan. She will most indefinitely face hurdles on the way; the language barrier, the reality that people in Japan are normal and don't have super powers, and most of all, finally turning into a neko.
