This is gonna be a real short story consisting of few chapters because I had a rush of inspiration from watching the anime "The World Is Still Beautiful".

It's been years since Princess Nike wedded King Livius and the king grew up into a fine young man. At 20 years old, he has no shortage of women throwing themselves at him but nevertheless, he remains faithful to Princess Nike.

One day the oracles in the Sun Kingdom has a message for King Livius; that God has set a soulmate for him and she is somewhere on earth..

What will King Livius's choice be? To remain with Princess Nike or to go for his soulmate who will grant him happiness like he's never experienced before?

"This is my fault please don't leave me" the girl sobbed into the woman's shoulder. the woman continued to bleed, the blood covering the grass as the figure held the younger girl's cheek shushing her gently. "It's not your fault honey, it's okay, everything is going to be okay" the woman said softly rubbing the girl's head. the little girl continued to sob as the woman rested her forehead against the little girl's, humming a soft tune starting to lose consciousness, her hands slipping from the girl's cheeks falling to the floor the woman's body slid to the floor, the little girl continued to cry and mourn over her, a shadow covering the little girl's body. as the girl looks up she was met with cold jewel eyes, glaring at the little girl, then at the woman bending down on one knee the man held the woman's wrist checking her pulse feeling nothing. "finally that wench died, that's what she gets for going against the emperor" the man says letting go of the woman's hand roughly pulling the little girl, dragging her away from the dead figure. the little girl cried reaching out for the woman getting dragged away from her only home, the only person who loved her. as the woman's body turned colder it started to fade away leaving behind a gentle glow, a single light blue flower petal falling down to the floor. °----------------------------° (nothing belongs to me except my oc) i suggest you read 'who made me a princess' before reading this to understand it better i hope you enjoy if you have any suggestions please tell me have a good time reading 💙 Status: on going
