Her parents are very busy lawyers, and they travel the world year round. They are going on a business trip to Paris for 9 months. While they are gone, Summer will live with her bestfriend's family. Her bestfriend is Audrey; she is very talented as well . She attends the top public school for the arts. The next 9 months are planned out from parties, to school events, to family functions. When Aubrey's sister, Nova, gets kicked out of university, things take a turn. Nova has always been a great girl, but lately things have changed. What happens when three teens are forced to live together?

Nova works hard to avoid talking to Milani, which is hard considering they go to the same high school, and they've both been cast as rival characters in the same tv show. Unfortunately, it gets even harder for Nova when the co-writer Matt Davison loves their "off screen chemistry" and decides to make Nova's character Milani's character's love interest. Their intense rivalry gets in the way of their acting ability, and are forced to fake date as practise for the show, and get more comfortable with each other.
