"Kendal?" Jess said coming over to me. " hey Jess" I said smiling. "I really need to talk to you" she said. "Is everything ok?" I said worried. "Everything's fine" she replied. "Ok, so have you been hearing a voice in your head?" She said. "What? No, that's crazy" I lied. "Kendal really, please don't lie to me" she said in a serious tone. "Fine, yes I have" I admitted. "We'll, so have I," she said. "And there's a thing about my voice" she continued. "He's so sweet, and I-". "I understand" I said, cutting her off. Jess looked up at me in shock. "Cause, I'm in love with the voice in my head too" I said.

"Tell me and I'll deal with it. I'll handle it. Just-don't shut me out." "I can't," she says again, voice breaking. "I can't tell you. I can't be with you. And I can't stand here and watch you break and know that I'm the reason." She swallows hard, her throat moving. "Please don't make me explain it. Please just... stop." I take a step toward her anyway, rain dripping from my eyelashes, my chest hollow. "I don't care if it kills me," I say, and it's not bravado; it's a man with nothing left to barter. "If that's the price, fine. At least then I get to be with you before it ends." She makes a small sound, half sob, half laugh, and it's the most human thing I've ever heard from her. "Don't say that," she whispers, almost fierce. "Don't ever say that." She holds my eyes for one last beat, lips parted like she might say something else - something that could undo all of this, something that could make the rain stop mattering. But she doesn't. Instead, she exhales, low and unsteady, and shakes her head. "I'm sorry," she says again, softer now, like a confession. Then she turns. And that's it.
Smile at a Stranger (1D/ Niall) by marcel__
20 parts Complete
NIALL: What in the world just happened? I choked at seeing this girl? And did a spit take when I actually got a good look at her? What the hell is wrong with me? LOUIS: I turn around because I'm sure that would have made Summer laugh. But she remains silent. Her hands are still doing something with my phone and the stereo. Her face is blank looking at Niall with her eyes slightly squinted. That's weird. Summer has laughed almost every time one of us does something funny. ZAYN: "But you're One Direction." I hear her mumble. She sighs. "And that matters because?" She doesn't need to be so insecure around us. She just needs to be herself. I know that's what Niall likes. She turns around, giving me a look and with her hands on her hips. "Do I need to explain it to you?" She says sassily. Then she giggles turning back around. HARRY: "Where do you want to go?" The way her American accent blends in with her awkwardness and sassiness is attractive. And it's also funny because Niall hasn't taken his eyes off her the whole time. Mission accepted. Niall and Summer. LIAM: I look at him with a smirk on my face. He furrows his eyebrows at me. "What?" "Summer will be here soon and with all of us busy with our interviews. I thought Niall could occupy her." Zayn squints his eyes at me and comes right up in my face. "What?" I back up laughing a bit. He backs off. "You're quite the mastermind." He gives me a nod of approval. SUMMER: Man, how are we living in a world where a normal teenage girl can't fangirl anytime and anywhere? This sucks. Please forgive the minor bad fanfic moments, such as where they meet, falling in love in a short period of time, and a couple of small character cliches.

Hollow (Harry Styles) #Wattys2016 by Krystal_Grace
102 parts Complete
I cupped her face in my hands, rubbing my thumbs in circles over her cheeks. She was having trouble finding words to describe what she felt, and I could relate. I loved her more than words could describe and telling her I loved her was almost an insult to my true feelings for her. My heart ached at just the thought of her not being with me. I honestly don't know what I would have done with myself if I had never went to that stupid party and met her. But, I have a feeling, we would have found each other, eventually. This love's too strong to ignore forever. Both of us had pieces of us missing, that neither of us were aware of until we met. We were like two puzzle pieces that finally connected. "I love you," I whispered, leaning my forehead against hers. "I love you more," she replied in a small whisper, her hand reaching up to caress my cheek while the other rested on my thigh. I shook my head, annoyed and charmed by the audacity she had to think that she could possibly love me more. "I love you most," I persisted, causing her head to moved away from mine as she looked into my eyes. "Always?" She questioned, her eyes unreadable for a moment before a flash of fear passed through. "Forever," I assured her and meaning it. We could live an entire lifetime or for eternity, and my love for her would never fade. It would only grow. There was nothing in this world that would ever change the way I loved her. My, Katarina.

Nina gets obliged to move from her home town. Leaving her family, friends and most importantly football team behind. After being the captain of her team she gets put face to face with the hardships of starting it all over again, from scratch, from ZERO. Will she get back on her feet? What would Louis Tomlinson have to do with her recovery journey? What will happen if she fails? Will she go back leaving her new experience behind? β† "For how long have you been fucking him?" I heard from behind me and rolled my eyes. "You back at this again?" "I never left it Nina. You know what really hurts is that I genuinely thought you had a little bit of sanity and cared in the slightest way about me. My feelings!" He said. But I do care, I like myself around him. "Okay even if I did that's none of your business! It was long before I even started liking you!" "What the fouck is that supposed to mean? You were going out with me while shagging another lad?" "I wasn't shagging!" I gritted. "I even turned him down because I'd feel guilty" "Yes were!" "Fine! He was a better shag at least, he's not making a big deal of everything and shouting all the time!" I retorted impulsively, as soon as I realized what I just said Louis's eyes were looking down. I didn't mean it. "I'm sorry, this is over. You can go back to him, you don't have to feel guilty for me." Louis said tumbling. "L... Louis" I tried. He walked away. I lost him. β† Cover by~ KattyMonsmert Thanks alot bbe, I can't thank you enough.
