If I stay here forever, which is what my parents are planning, I'll end up like old Ms. Rotherham. She's a widow, the towns gossip, with nobody to love but her money.
I wasn't born to end up that way... I was born to be known. To have my name up in lights. To see the world and find out who I really am.... I don't want to be like everyone else. I want to stand out in the world. Maybe even make a difference... I don't know. All I know is that I don't belong in this town.
