I was surprised to know, that the written draft of this novel of mine, dated some time in 2010. I stopped from writing down the story, thinking that I could not give justice to the story because I haven't experienced what the characters had experienced here, but I decided to move on when one of my friends told me that I should continue it. After all, writing is my first love. Well, moving on to what this novel is all about, the story basically talks about LOVE. that 4 letter word that could make the whole world go 'round. In the story, it isn't just about love for a boyfriend/girlfriend, but love for everyone and everything that you do. There are twists as you read along, and I hope you get to learn something from this story. If you happen to have experienced what the characters had in the story, I hope you could get to relate to them and learn from them, if you haven't been into those kind of situations, I hope that I had touched your lives, and might as well inspire you to write your own stories or to just simply learn from the characters. Hello, I want to first thank you for taking the time to read my proposal, as I know that there are many others you must work through who have done the same as I; please, trust me when I say that your attention is greatly appreciated. I am messaging you today because I wish to submit a selection of excerpts taken from the series of science fiction/science fantasy stories I have written; called Psychic the Saga. I'm a former United States Marine, and a currently enrolled Aerospace Engineering undergrad at the University of Central Florida in Orlando. Over the course of the last eight years, during which the earlier stated experiences have occurred in my adult life, I have continually written the story I am now presenting for your consideration. Outside of writing as a hobby, and what was needed when submitting assignments, my only writing credential is a published engineering research paper in the European Physical Letters: 'Tailorable Twisting of Biomimetic Scale-Covered Substrate'; of which, my main contributions were that of the experimentation, and the editing/proofreading of the paper. In regards to my submission, the story of Psychic follows our trio and the rest of their friends as they fight for peace and stability within the newly unveiled realm of psychics, once hidden amongst the world for untold millennia. The statistics of Book One are as follows: word count = ~205279, page count = ~396, target audience = young/new adult (16~34 yr. of age). The reasoning behind this age range is two-fold: the concepts, morals and lessons, themes, and situations/ problems faced by the main characters are both relatable and beneficial for this age group; also yes, there is foul language, and yes there are very visceral depictions of violence. Also also (lol), I wish to give a disclaimer in terms of any romance, love, or anything else similar; I intentionally never take the story beyond anything more intimate than a kiss. So there. First of all, if a feel like ANY characteristics of this book are base off of one of your ideas, feel free to take some credit or something, but it's still MY story, not yours. This is my first book and I don't want get in trouble with anyone. Also, please don't judge me TOO harshly, I just wanted to have some fun and write a book. (Tasha, Chloe, and Alexis are al based off my friends in real life, but Emalisa IS NOT based of me (they got it in their heads that she is)) Emalisa Uldweyna Ra'naa Truesa has had a VERY rough past. What happened, you'll have to read the book. Jaxon Udolf Samuel Tonalay, on the other hand, has a great life. His mother's a chef at a restaurant, which his family owns, his sister goes to the college where his dad's the head dean, and him and his younger twin siblings have amazing grades in school. What'll happen when Emalisa un expectantly falls on Jaxon? He becomes undeniably interested with and in her. Emalisa feels a connection too, but is scared to react on it. The fact that their friends undeniably are head over heels for another doesn't help their situation and provides endless things to tease one another about. So please do read.
