Haily Meckley, a normal 17 year old, except for the fact she has an abusive step-dad and a really oblivious mom. One day she meets Taylor Caniff, who teaches her that she shouldn't be getting abused. Taylor also shows her how life should be and takes her to magcon. At Magcon she meets Matt Espinosa. A guy who tells her she shouldn't let people get to her, cause she's perfect the way she is. In the end there's a few questions left. Will Haily become free of her awful parents? Will Haily believe she's worth a lot more than she actually thought?
