Luke Hemmings was an infamous royal, at the highest of pyramid. But when tragedy strikes, he had lowered himself to the worst possible position, an Outcast, and was unable to re-climb to his original placement. Lost and confused at his new rank, Reagan decides to take him under her wing to teach him how to survive despite being recognized as pure foolishness.
