One day she decides to go out for a walk, something she has not done in years, she is feeling proud of herself but she did not prepare well enough, there was icing on the path and she slipped and fell hard, when Alma finally wakes up she is not home, she in a forest and it's hot. What is going on, where is she? Alma is very kind but she is a people pleaser, she has very low self esteem, deep depression and bad anxiety. she loves animals and can't bear to hurt an animal. This is her journey on making her a stronger but most of all journey to learn to love and heal herself.
