One that could only be fixed with a family donor with the same blood type. But Cleo had their mother's blood type, not their father's. Her parents died three years ago and she made her brother's guardian. She strangled to provide for them both and because of that her brother was dying in a hospital bed when Death appeared. What happens next? Does Cleo make the deal? Or will she risk losing the only blood family she has left?
