MAN OR MACHINE

Master Chief, otherwise known as Spartan-II soldier John-117, has never been one to work with others on the perilous journeys and missions tasked. That is, for the only exception he'll make.

Mary-121, too, is a Spartan-II soldier. But she has been by John's side since the very beginning of their lives, living on the same colonist planet of Eridanus II. The two children attended the same school: Elysium City Primary Education Facility Number 119, labeled by their fellow classmates as "The Dangerous Duo."

However, the two didn't know that they would face the treacheries of war merely a few years later, and be shaped into the UNSC's most valuable soldiers of their time.
