Cami is blind and homeless. She has no family other than her loyal dog Reggie. She takes refuge in an ally by a donut shop. She lives in fear, never knowing what is going on around her. One night she hears fighting on the street. Hoping to avoid any conflict, she tries to escape safely but ends up getting badly injured. She wakes up in the Teen Titan tower scared and afraid, all she hears is voices of people. But there is one especially kind voice that she always wants to hear more of. Robins voice.
