The outcasts of Rageglen

Loriana was the outcast of the small wizard village. Most kids started school at 5 but, because of her strange childhood she started three years late. With no parents and nothing to her name, the eight-year-old had to raise and care for herself.

When she and her classmates finally graduate they are given a skilled leader to guide them into the life of wizards. They are grouped into threes or fours. She gets paired up with two girls she has never seen in class. Both were privately trained because of their "circumstances".

She has to work with them and learn to trust people. Along the way they learn each others' pasts and form a bond closer to sisters than team-mates.

Then they meet a skilled group of enemy wizards who vow to destroy them and their village, unfortunately they are strong enough to do just that. Will they survive?
