" Would you fancy a dance with me, my lady." said an unexpected person, lord Dominique Cunningham, Duke of Derbyshire. He was never seen with anybody on the dance floor except with his aunt and cousin, so it was a huge shock to everybody including me. There were many gasps from the ladies as well as many gentlemen present in the hall.
"I am waiting my lady." his voice brought me out of my thoughts.
I placed my gloved hand in his outstretched hands.

Lord Dominique and Lady Sara are similar in more ways than they know. They both have a painful past which made them aloof from everybody else. Lady Sara chooses to be an introvert who is kind and loving but doesn't show that side to anyone except who is close to her, for others she is timid and arrogant.  Lord Dominique became a cold hearted man who does not care for others feelings and doesn't believe in love and family.
