Tiates is an angel, he's been cast from heaven but he isn't evil enough to be sent to hell, so he walks among the humans ridding the world of beings capable of unforgivable tasks: the murders, the abusers, and the people who has brought pain to many. He is set on a task to make those people suffer like they did their victims.
