Keith always had a hard time interacting with others but then he met Lance who always seemed so carefree and compassionate. He pulled Keith out of his little bubble and showed him a world so vibrant he never thought it possible and for the first time he fell in love with this boy, more radiant than the sun, but also, serene like the ocean. Naturally, he was at a complete loss and even more so when he finds out... ...I feel like I overdid this description... This is what happens when I procrastinate... Also just a note I actually started writing this in 2017... I mean, shouldn't be too much of an issue unless you're extremely nitpicky about the most minor details that may have changed with the release of newer seasons not sure because I still need to go back and check what I wrote lol but hey it's an AU as well so anything goes really (kind of)... Yeah... I hope this fic is actually decent, it's the first fic I've ever written but feel free point out any grammatical, spelling etc. errors so I can fix them! (unless you're correcting words spelt correctly in UK English with the American English spelling because in my country we use UK English ?)

Teased, pushed around, brushed off, alone: all words Lance McClain believes perfectly describes him. Taking place in the events after season six (and before seven), this is the story of Lance who's a boy with a broken heart and confused moral compass and of Keith, who's the boy to help Lance face his demons while he tries to conquer his own in the process. Trigger Warning for: suicidal thoughts, gore, mentions of blood, and mentions of abuse Art by Joleanart!! (This story will also have fewer chapters and two smut chapters that you can skip without missing the story too much. I don't plan on making this super drawn out. The point will get across and I hope my story does too.)
