Yes It's a typical weight loss journey. 
And No it's not going to be about that stupid crap about "once you made your mind, anything is possible " kind of thing. Because we all know that no matter how many times we says "Oh I'm definitely loosing weight this time around" we always fall into the never ending vicious cycle of Loosing and eating and gaining and again loosing... and it goes on and on. 
So this is not about loosing weight or battling the fats. 
This journey is about gradual changing mindset of an individual which has to go through the harsh reality of having inpropotionate amount of fat,
that is in one word "Being fat".

Real talk: Sometimes we eat instead of facing our problems. Like most teens, she deals with a lot of stress: money, love, school, parents, drama, fitting in the society and of course her JEANS. She's contented with her life with her best friend, Julie, who is a complete opposite of her. She's thin. Everything was just right. It was so right that she left her mom and ran away.
