Searching for Purpose depicts the author's path to self discovery as he fights through the battles of his mind and mental illnesses. Shamelessly, he uncovers the true horrors of how depression and suicidal thoughts can quickly destroy a teenager's childhood. Through rediscovery, the author writes about how transitioning has allowed him to relive his childhood in his adult years living as the authentic version of himself.

This autobiography leads you through the life of the author, pointing out all the signs he has had in his childhood that led him to discovering himself as a transgender man.
