"Hi, my name's Chloe and I'm five years old. The little girl says brightly to the doctor standing before her.
"Hi Chloe, my name is Jane. Do you mind moving your arms and legs in a circle at the same time for me?" the doctor replies. She watches and scribbles down notes as she instructs Chloe to do other little exercises such as jump up and down while singing "Mary had a Little Lamb". Harmless little things exercises that add up to a whole lot.
"Miss Pilaski, I think your daughter has developed a mental disorder called schizophrenia. It is highly unlikely for someone of her age so my diagnosis is not set in stone, but your daughter displays the basic symptoms of the disorder. I'll get back with you when I am positive of my diagnosis. I'm sorry," Jane the psychiatrist says to Miss Theresa Pilaski after leaving Chloe to her own devices in Jane's office claiming to have boring adult conversation. Jane squeezed the panic-stricken mother's hand before walking back into the room to talk to Chloe some more while her mother recovered.
The little innocent brown haired, dark skinned, Chloe was officially diagnosed with schizophrenia on February 25, 2012. Following the diagnosis were many doctor visits to Jane, some planned and others spontaneous from Chloe's sudden remissions. The remissions went from severe mood swings within seconds of each other to complete immobilization when Chloe refused to move. Now Chloe has an even more interesting symptom of the mental disorder: hallucinations. To Chloe these hallucinations offer a savior from reality but to Theresa could it be as opposite as dark and light?

But things happen, people change you can say and that's what happens when he meet a little brunette who was more trouble then its worth. What happens when they meet? - This story was written with no plan or base, I just wrote whatever came to mind. Xalune - Echoes from the past
In a dystopian world, where the strongest prevails, having peace is a luxury. Especially when someone from the past is out to destroy everything we have built up over the past 15 years. And with Christmas approaching, our group get to face ten hellish days. Preview: In his fury, the chains have rubbed his wrists and neck raw, despite me trying to calm him down. He suddenly calms down when the screams in the cell next to us switch to the sound of bones breaking. Now he sits with foam on his lips and his eyes wide, looking that way. After ten minutes, the sounds of the boys in our cell have died down, and we all look at the wall that separates us from the crackling of the breaking bones. And then suddenly all is quiet. After a few silent minutes, our cell door opens slowly. From the ball of light from the ceiling, the little girl in the doorway is illuminated. She is completely covered in blood and doesn't move. Then she opens her eyes and carefully walks towards us. And despite everything, my first impulse is to crawl backwards, away from the unnatural calm radiating from her. ------------- After reading yet another great older brothers/younger sister story, where the family gets reunited after years of separation, the sister keeps the secret that she was abused and assaulted all along, and the brothers conceal their work in the mafia, I decided to give it also a try. The output of my story was initially to turn this around with openness and unconditional support and the torture should happen right in front of their very eyes. Because no story is complete without the (un)necessary bloodshed, action, humour and, of course, a bad guy. And who knows, to throw everything completely upside down, the main character may not survive. I won't write warnings above each chapter, because most of them contain violence, blood, torture, etc. Constructive criticism is welcome. Ow, and English is not my first, second or third language. Chloe Clarkson is 15 years old and lives with her 10 older, overprotective, defensive, annoying brothers who will stop at nothing to keep her safe. Chloe's anxiety is so bad she has a stutter when she is away from home, isn't with her brothers and when she isn't with her friends. She has an anxiety attack almost everyday. One day her and her brother fight leading to her family falling into a ditch. Finally Chloe is fed up of her family fighting and forgives. Everything comes out but when her brothers react speechless to a sad memory Chloe tell she takes it as a sign in a bad way. Chloe takes a step into water. Her brothers have to say a goodbye? They don't know is she'll wake up. Chloe is in hospital lifeless and her family and friends surround her.. Will she wake up or will she take a trip to her parents? A new guy in class? The bad boy starts getting me involved? A new group of friends? What happens when things start to turn over for Chloe? She becomes more confident and gains more trust. But as the same time she cracks. It's a bumpy ride but she has plenty of help along the way- lets just hope her brothers don't interfere to much on the ride. She thinks it's only while using her big box of 64 crayons. She doesn't realize the power is in her mind's eye and not her writing implements. Jo (20) can teleport. Of course she doesn't always stick her landings. At first her landings are as messy as is her life. She's lost her mother, her family home, her faith and now thinks she may be losing her mind. Supercilious self-absorbed Amy (17) has the uncanny ability to get others to do what she wants. She says, ever so sweetly, "I'd prefer..." Dad always called it "wrapping others around her little finger syndrome." If she wanted she could ask a perfect stranger to hand over his car keys and he'd have to oblige. The oldest sister Meg (21) has dreams and visions about the world's near future. She's also very intuitive. Grandpa says he knows this invisible guy with a cure, (yeah right... what you've been sniffing Grandpa?) He's disappeared and so close to "Recycling" age. Now it's up to me and only me, Izzy Quest, a freaked out teen from Brooklyn, to save my dying twin sister. You may have guessed by now, I'm not the save-the-day-sort--Bell is.
