Every year one boy and one girl get chosen to go to the Capitol, get pampered, get trained, and then get shoved out into an arena to fight to the death. When Clove Summers is reaped, she can only hope that someone will volunteer for her so she can stay in the comfort of home with the boy she loves, Cato. When no one volunteers, Clove realizes that she will be up against 23 other kids, killing them. And one of those people happen to be Cato. Will their love survive the games or will it tear them apart?

You're tasked with making the Capitol fall in love with your tribute during the 15th Annual Hunger Games. After your tribute claims victory, as well as captures the hearts of the Capitol and your own, Professor Gaul calls you into her office. She's seen your promise as a student and invites you to take on an internship underneath her. The catch is you just work closely with Coriolanus Snow, one of her newest apprentice gamemakers. Something about him upon first glance forms a deep pit inside your stomach; there's something off about that man. While the intention to put you alongside him was to help advance your studies, it's clear he has something else in mind. He wasn't lying when he said, "I'll teach you everything." Set 5 years after the events in "The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes." Aren Harker wasn't sure on whether he would be okay with being reaped or not. No one wanted to, but if your name was drawn there was no option. His family barely having food on the table most days, he wanted to be able to provide them with more for themselves in his absence. He wasn't sure how his parents would react if their second child was reaped, just as their first had been. Aren's sister had been reaped 10 years prior, for the 58th games, and she didn't make it past the first 24 hours. He worried if his own name was drawn his fate would be similar. But part of him felt, maybe, just maybe,if he was lucky, he could win. I do not own the hunger games franchise or any characters inside of it. The only characters I own are those that I specifically announce are my own.
