The Underground

The underground, which you can probably guess from its name, is an underground city. Its been there for two hundred years and there is no record of how it came to be.

I'm Kira Webb, my friends Nathan, Lily, Lucas and Evan have a growing annoyance for The Underground. When we were young we thought it was really cool, but now, we've realized that we don't want to be stuck down here for the rest our lives, we want to explore The Above.

The Above, from what we learned in school, is a horrible waste land, full of poverty for the unlucky ones who did not make it to The Underground. Starvation, malnutrition and disease spreads across the world. But we don't believe in that, we believe that The Above is a beautiful place and we want to explore it.

My friends and I have to dig deep to learn how The Underground became and if there's away out, because if there is, its my one way ticket to freedom.
