Who the hell was this person ? What did they want with me ? I screamed all across the neighbourhood ' HELP HELP !' No one heard . This person was still chasing me . Why wouldn't he just give up ? I tripped over a rock . That's when I knew I was finished ...

'Unexpected' "I thought it was all only in books and movies..... It just can't be true" I thought to myself. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Lucero, green eyes and golden hair, average height, light skin, and the nicest person you will ever meet! She can't say 'no' to practically anything. Xander, dark brown hair and green electrifying eyes. He's been through it all. Now living on the street, feeling nothing but hopeless because of bad turn of events even he can't explain.= They meet of course. Lucero thinks its only temporary, but she'll see that she is about to experience the Unexpected. ( Currently going through some editing because I wrote this when I was younger and didn't realize that I wrote some really cliche things. No big changes just some small editing. )

I was running, running faster then I ever had. I don't want to go back I tripped and fell, my head hitting a rock as the darkness I know to well crept into my vision I gasped from the gash on my side and heard movement to my left Shifted my head, I tried to protect myself, to use my monstrous 'gift' for good But my hands weren't responding to my brian In fact, my brian was telling me to sleep, which I complied The last thing I saw, was a piercing green eye, glaring down at my pitiful face...

"Let me go!" I screamed kicking my legs as the shadow lifted me threw the air. We were heading towards a glowing portal. I tried freeing myself, knowing the fall would probably kill me instantly...yet I wouldn't actually die. I mean I was dreaming...right?

'Tell me it's not what you want, and I'll go. You'll never have to see me again.' Swallowing, I looked up at the eyes that had entranced me from the start. I took in his every feature, slowly and deliberately. I thrilled at the feeling of his arms enfolding me, and I inhaled his familiar scent with a trembling breath. And then, then I did the most foolish thing imaginable: I flung my arms about his neck and kissed him with all that I had, almost losing myself in the safety and security I felt. But more than that, I ran. I took his moment of shock, the slight loosing of his arms about me, and tore myself away from him, shoving out the door and into the rain. I suppose I'll never know why he didn't follow me. It was the thing I feared most. I knew that if he came for me a second time, I wouldn't be able to say 'no'. I wouldn't be able to run. But I had to. I had to go. I couldn't let him be hurt because of me. He would live on now, and I would marry another. I had leased my last bit of passion in that one moment in his arms, and as I made my way through the dark streets, I felt myself become dull and lost like the creatures bound in the menagerie. **Much of this was written when I was younger and then I came back later and finished it. There will likely be mistakes. Lots of them.

WARNING!!!! explicit language, abuse and strong sexual content. "Mi tired a yuh a swear 🤬!" I say out loud then quickly regret it. "Repeat weh yuh just seh pu**yhole!" He dare me. Tired a who? Pu**y yuh think you cah lef me... a white man yuh wah" I could see how murderous he is in his eyes. "Mention nth like dat outta you mouth again and see" he says, flinging me back on the floor. Imagine having a bright dream of being a successful young lady. To make an example to other young girls in the ghetto but end up trapping a the path of life that you have always wanted to avoid.... Imagine risking your life and sanity just to help the one's you love but ended up in a dangerous game that you can't get out of. Kayla mullings have all those dreams, she have her life plan out so perfect but it all shattered when she agree with her sisters dangerous idea to use the Don of their community but it all went different when she falls in the arm of Ackeem Dragonheart otherwise known as Prezii.
