Rory knows that she's a cynic when it comes to the idea of dating. Of falling in love. She's not even sure that falling in love is a real thing anymore.
Her best friend is determined to show Rory that falling in love is possible. However, when she leaves a boy's name and number underneath the toaster, Rory begins to wonder if her friend really is losing it.
An unexpected - and reluctantly partaken in - trip to the capital city of Scotland is set to teach Rory a few things she didn't know she needed to. Including one about her relationship with God, and another about one of the boys that she's trying so hard to be cynical about.
