I only had my four friends....Rebecca, Stacey, Abby, and Zoey. My dad went to jail a few months ago and my mother passed away when I was 13 years old. Ever since then I lived with my Aunt Tanya. I don't understand why...but people see right through me, like a spirit forgotten by its own family. Nobody ever notices me at school...I guess I'm just a plain 17 year old that's invisible.

"Have fun. Love you too, Corky." I laughed at the name I gave him when I was a kid. He smiled at me then left into the school. I went on to go to a flower shop. I stopped and got out. I walked in the shop. "Ally, do you have my order, the cars running?" I asked Ally. "Yeah Alex, I have it. Your order for 1 dozen Chocolate Cosmos, 2 dozen Daises, and 1 dozen yellow Roses." "Thanks Ally." I grabbed all the flowers then ran back to the car. I drove to the grave. I threw all my stuff into my bag. I grabbed the flowers and I pulled my bag over my shoulder and got out. I looked around and saw people young and old coming here to see their loved ones. I saw my families graves. Almost my whole family will be buried here. My grandpa always said it was sacred. "Treasure what're you doing awake by this time". I heard my mum voice trailing behind. I shivered,I knew perfectly the rules of not being awake by this time. I would only get scolded at and maybe my phone seized. But it's not really my fault for wanting a distraction from my messy life. The Silent Melody
The world is loud. There are those who make no sound. Billions of people on the planet, some make no sound, some hear no sounds, and some don't see what's making the sound. I was then sent to regular public school and I love it, the sounds of the students talking. Being able to be a regular person, well, as close to regular as I can be without talking. My name is Rosalyn, I've never breathed a word. Silence is easy when all you can give are ASL signs and not many people understand them. I'm just like everyone else. I have a celebrity crush. For seventeen years, I was trapped in a boring life, the people I made contact with everyday are my parent, Julia and no one else, my aunt drops by occasionally. I want more than that boring life, I want to stop being home school, I want to know how life is by not living under the watchful eyes of my parent and I got it when I spent my last year in high school at Blake high school.
