As told from her perspective: Erica, a 28 year old pediatric oncology nurse, finds herself devastated over the loss of her last patient, Isabella. Deciding to take a lengthy vacation to clear her mind, Erica's mind flashes back and forth between the moments she spent caring for Isabella in the hospital several months ago and her currently trying to take care of her life that appears to be crumbling before her eyes.
