Prologue
Mia Redblood was only 6 years old when she shifted for the first time. It's very unusual for any werewolf to shift before 14. 

Her parents leave her with a pack of Timber wolves without showing her how to shift back. They believe this is the best way to protect her from their power hunger pack.

The little pack takes Mia in and helps raise her till she is old enough to find her mate. Then, he can make her strong and protect her.
