When a young girl named Maria sees her whole life go up in smoke she is forced to run away into the woods in order to save her life. As she is tries to put as much distance between her and the village she was brought up in, she faces many life changing challenges. Will she rise to the challenge and survive the hardest test she has ever encountered, or will she be defeated and perish during her quest to survive.
During this epic journey Maria comes face to face with many unexpected trials.
