A young girl named, Katrina, accidentally murders someone when that someone scares her in the school bathroom. Afraid to get caught, she runs away from everything and everyone. She struggles to survive the wild alone, but she soon finds an abandoned pup and decides to take care of it. Will they both survive?

Her friend, Roshelle, finds out about Katrina the same time the shadows do. Roshelle has to find Katrina before its too late.
