He never chose to become half of something he despised so much, that he resented with all his heart, he never chose to become in between.
He especially did not choose to get caught up in something bigger than him, a lot bigger, to get involved in the wicked scheme they had planned.
But, he chose to do something about it. To find his way back to the chaos and stop it, despite the danger, because that's what he lived for.

His laugh, his smile, his eyes, and his last words. Oh god his last words were the saddest things I've ever heard, but he meant them, I know he did. Three words, eight letters, and it was all the truth, but the truth hurts so much. "I love you." Those words will never have the same meaning.
