Amber Connor is just your everyday nerd. She's as smart as Einstein himself, but VERY pretty. Amber lives in Miami, Florida with her mom and her older sister, Crystal. Oh, and her white Husky puppy, Snow. At school Amber keeps to herself and no one bothers her or even spares her a single glance and Amber is perfectly fine with that. Amber knows that she has no friends and she thinks that she will never have friends and be alone for the rest of her life. But things change when her mother gets a job promotion in Los Angeles, California and the family is moved quickly. Amber's fear of being a loner grows by the second as she realizes that she will have to go to a new school....with new people....and new teachers. Teachers who don't know her.
