She Died Alone, in the Cold and Dark

A girl who wished to die can't remember how she did it.
Not until she meets Death, a young man who prefers the shadows.
Death describes how he can tell her how she died. But it will be a painful trip down memory lane.
Death describes how he has known so many people, but that something is different about this new girl, something that changes the way he speaks professionally and with such well planned out sentences.
The girl describes how she can hardly remember herself and life, even events leading up to her death. As she looks to Death for answers, she slowly begins to realize her big mistake.
Her life unravels and breaks before her, all at her own hands. Death is there to fix that.
As best as he can before she goes, at least. And maybe, just maybe, the girl can find a bit about Death along the way...
