What Daenerys doesn't know is sea about to meet someone who will leave a mark on her life for all eternity.

Jon Snow knows his birthright took away his right of honour. He knows everything and everyone is rather joyless, and he knows he's unsure if he's the right King.

What Jon doesn't know is that Dany is about to unravel what he thought he knew with a life changing twist. And neither of them knows they're going to love the other for all time.


The characters are a lot less formal than in the HBO show, and follow their hearts a considerable amount more.

In an alternate tale of A Song of Ice and Fire, Rhaegal was cast out by his fierce brother, Drogon, in a display of dominance and wild nature that nearly killed him. Exiled from his home, Rhaegal flew west, far beyond the lands he knew, seeking refuge in distant, dangerous, and uncharted skies. Disoriented, he wished to return home after months of exile. He caught a scent of dragonblood. It was not his mother, however. This story will jump between different people and unconventional POV's to keep the story diverse. These characters may or may not return with POV unless my vision of the story changes direction. It will not be a rushed story, not to mention it is my first wattpad story, so feedback, if given, will be welcomed. If a Daenerys and Jon love interest is not your cup of tea, I'd pass this story by as it will occur at some point in the story. This is the story I envisioned, starting from around the time the show greatly diverged. I did research. However, some details may be skewed by fault of my own accidentally as I edit myself or to pursue the story the way I want (I am inexperienced, so don't be too harsh if I add more than you deem necessary). The younger sister of Daenarys Targaryen, Alyssays (Aly) was born at the end of Roberts rebellion, just hours before she and her siblings had to be smuggled out of Dragonstone for fear of their lives and losing their mother in an early birth that kept the small princess sickly throughout most of their childhood. Her brother resented her for the loss of their mother but was fiercely jealous and possessive of her. Dany was her most fervent protector and the only thing she ever defied her brother about was his treatment of Aly. Her childhood had been spent in hiding and fear across the narrow sea, but like Targaryen seers in the past her dreams were full of visions that always came to pass. The one she had been having as long as she could remember were of a boy. Black curls and dark brown eyes that always seemed sad, she knew he was real because as she had grown so had the images, she had seen of him. She knows he is somehow tied to her destiny, but only the game of thrones will reveal how. Expanded description in the first Chapter. This will be a SLOW BURN! The main characters will not meet in person for quite a while but once they do I promise heat. I do write smut so if that not your thing those chapters will be marked. Additionally, it is a GoT fanfic so expect violence, mature language and sexual situations.

What many do not know is that Daenyra wasn't always Daenyra she lived a past life as a woman known as Olivia Ross, in her past life she was a Doctor and before that she was a soldier, she died in a terrorist attack when her hospital was bombed. Daenyra wasn't like most girls because she would train in all things including weapons, hand to hand combat and war strategies. The only reason she could was because Aerys favored her and loved her very much and no one could figure out why because the Mad King didn't really care for his wife or his sons. In secret he was training Daenyra to be his Heir though he covered up his plan by having Rhaegar as his named Heir. When the Rebellion happens she is ushered to Dragonstone alongside her mother and Viserys after the raid of Kingslanding. She is there for her sisters birth and the death of he mother. Seventeen years later and they are in Essos living with Illyrio Mopatis who has actually become a good friend to Daenyra. Viserys is preparing to marry Daenerys off to Khal Drogo but what happens when he chooses Daenyra instead?

There are multiple endings for those who either don't mind Incest, or would prefer to completely steer clear. It's completely up to you.
