Midtown was falling as a place to live, but Carly's parents didn't mind moving there even though she heard the rumors of something going on. She knew something was off but just didn't know what. Now that they've demoted their Uptown status to Midtown residents, she wanted to find out just why people stopped going there, and why should she be so cautious.
