Felicity Arrow was special. 

There were many ways to describe her, pretty, thin, quiet, but nobody coud really describe the real Felicity. This was because she didn't speak. 

Many thought it served her father right, for messing with the things he did. His spells were what had caused the accident that stole her voice right before her tenth birthday.

Everything had been attempted, every spell known to wizard kind, but nothing worked.

Very few things captured Felicity's attention and kept it, she liked to understand the misunderstood, something she couldn't figure out, and maybe that's exactly why she was drawn to Percy Weasley. She studied him, trying to work out his mannerisms, he didn't know however, not that she wanted him to. After years of trying to understand the boy, Felicity finally figured something out.

She knew that if there was one thing she understood every part of, it was Percy Weasley.

Draco is really excited to carry on that line. But then everything goes wrong. Pansy Parkinson had her life all planned out. Go to school, graduate, marry Draco, have children, be rich and fabulous, die a pureblood legend. She liked her future life. It seemed so simple, especially since she and Draco got along so well. Plus, he spoke French. She was debating asking him to move to France when they got married. Of course, then everything had to go wrong. Now, Pansy has to figure out how to tell a certain someone how they're going to die. And the girl's not even pretty!
