Avoiding Reality

All Rosemary wanted was a best friend.

All her life, she never really connected with anyone. She had acquaintances and she loved being social, but she never really made a best friend. Rose believed that upholding conversations as well as friendships could be extremely tiring. This was especially because of the countless amount of times that her friendships have failed miserably.

This all changes the day that she decides to put on a virtual reality headset in the mall...and she can't take it off.
