The story of Matty a Manufactured person ( humanoid android in this case who is unique in so many ways that it starts a world wide debate ) Two merpeople a mermaid named Jolene who follows Matty around in his undertsea exploration like an infatuated school girl, and far across the sea Bat Yam one not born a merperson but cursed (or blessed all depends on how one looks at it) and the Sea (or the Earth) a charater in many ways and in its own right.

This is a story about an under water city called Undersea. It is not a particularly magical place this city, in the way we might expect an under water city to be (with mermaids, talking fish, and so forth) but is instead an everyday sort of place that we might be used to.
