Shirokaze Rin was your average highschool aged NEET. With average looks and a lifeless personality, Rin was a gamer, and a quite well known one in the digital world unlike his school life. He was well known under the username of Velonyque for his unbeatable awareness and ability to fool his and trick his foe in any game he played, be it ARPGs, MOBAs, RTS and other games, also for his presistence for focusing on all aspects of the games itself such as crafting, smithing, cooking, taming,mapping etc. Rin was someone who had passion in games and would care for his character's all more than anything.
One day a new mobile game was released, an RPG game that Rin and his ingame friends were waiting to play. Inmortals, a MMORPG that allowed their users to completely customize their character. An ideal game for them. As soon as he installed, signed up as Velonyque and decided to log on together with his friends, Rin's vision suddenly blurred and the next thing he realized, he was transported to the world of Inmortals
