Will and Phil are totally different people, I think the only things they have in common is that their boys and that their gay. They grew up together in the small land of Estrabow. A land where all the elements come together in harmony. Where once your're 14 you inherit the element your family originated in.

Once Will and Phil are 15, Phil decides it's better if their not friends anymore due to the fact that Will is a water element and Phil is a fire element. Regardless Phil's feelings for Will, and Will's feelings for Phil they live through high school acting like they don't know each other; like they don't love each other.
