I winced as he forcefully grabbed my hips, pushing me up against the brick wall. "W-who are you?" I choked out. His grip on my waist tightened, making the pain much greater. Who was he? What was he doing to me? The deep voice chuckled. "I could say so may things." My attacker lent down, his hot breath tickling my ear. "Your worst nightmare. All that shit. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah." I could feel cheek on mine, it was an abnormal temperature, freezing cold. "What do you want from me?" I shouted at him. My eyes raked over his features again and again. He had brown hair that hung naturally in disheveled tightly bound ringlets. I couldn't help but feel something other than fear stir in my stomach when I looked into red eyes. My clouded thoughts made it impossible to put a name on the emotion, though. His fingers stroked my neck, circling the same spot, over and over again. "Don't worry, baby girl. You won't feel a thing." The human looking creature opened his mouth wide and lowered it down to my neck. I could feel his teeth grazing my jugular vain. "Please don't!" I spoke loud. Loud enough to make him startle. He laughed and backed away. Now that I could see his full body, the emotion that bubbled deep inside of me gave itself a label. Attraction. Despite the situation, I couldn't help but feel infatuated with him. When I looked at his inhumane features, I saw beauty. Marinette would've remained frozen in her spot if it weren't for the surrounding crowd that pulled her up and started to nudge her towards the stage. "No wait! Don't make me!" She pleaded as they pushed her onto the stage, almost causing her to trip and fall on her face. Meanwhile Adrien had reluctantly made his way towards the stage. Although he could've declined, he would never hear the end of it from his father if he had come across as rude at a public gathering. As the two stood awkwardly on stage in front of the microphones, Luka had come up behind them resting his arms on each of their shoulders. "Don't worry, you guys will thank me for this later." He told them reassuringly. However, his comment fell on deaf ears to both of them as they looked at the floor uncomfortably. "...or maybe not." Someone was screaming. A horrific, guttural sound that infected the entire night with sorrow. He wondered if it was the ghosts of the people he'd just killed. He wondered if they'd come back to haunt him, to follow his every waking move, to never let him forget the way he'd demolished them into dust. The sound pounded through his head, threatening to burst open his eardrums, determined to push him to a breaking point. Collapsing to his knees, Chat Noir had to pause to draw in a deep breath. It was only then that he realized the person screaming was him. -- Essentially a rewrite of the Miraculous movie, for people who liked the film well enough but it didn't quite meet their expectations--- But in this version: Adrien is the main focus instead, the Love Square is reversed, all the characters retain their TV-show personalities (meaning Plagg is not an annoying fart joke), the plot is way more insane, and the themes are a helluva lot... darker. (Also, the songs are somehow still included?? I just rewrote them to fit the opposite character-- but they're easy enough to ignore if you really hate songfics.)Complete
