Almost five years after the Pine twins beat Bill Cipher, their parents are killed. Because their only living family members are their Grunkles, they must move to Gravity Falls. Mabel hasn't really change other than becoming more muture and she's taking a liking to one girl she knows. Dipper on the other hand is very nervous of what Bill is up too after an encounter with him. Dipper then must tell his Grunkles that he's really a girl. What is Bill Cipher really up too? Don't leave me (billdip)
After a terrible car crash resulting in the death of their parents, 17 year olds Dipper and Mabel Pines are sent back to Gravity Falls to live with their Grunkles. Mabel now hates Dipper, and blames him for the crash, since they were only out getting him his anxiety medication. The Grunkles don't fully agree with Mabels logic, but are still distant with Dipper, for they think he's a freak because of his anxiety. And so in the one place he felt he could truly call home, Dipper was now alone and hated by the "family" that once loved him. One night, Dipper overhears the family talking about how useless he is and, doing the only thing he knows, he runs.
