Her name is Alex Brey. She's the usual "emo" chick that everyone looks down on, with her "dead look" as her mom puts it. Until the first day of high school when she lays eyes on the love of her life; Shane Jones. Dream Boat with steel plugs, a nose ring. and a total metalhead. She thought she'd never, ever find someone with that description. From then on, her life totally flipped upside down. She doesn't understand what to do and her emotions are all mixed up, but the adventure goes on.
